The six members of the Trail Family LLC are in their 60s -- they can't
possibly guarantee what the next generation will do after they're gone.
They don't owe us that kind of "promise," and I'm offended that anyone would
even ask.
Ugly. And for those who wonder why I would bother to respond, file this
under "silence is assent."

Would the Trail Foundation be interested in signing a 30 year agreement
stating they will not rezone or build on the surrounding land that they gift
to the school district? In other words. Promise us that you will not use our
money that will pay for the roads, utilities and such to the new school site
for your personal gain.
