[Vision2020] Question 5 Architect questions

Does anyone know if there is a cost breakdown of the 20.5 mil dollar remodel of the existing HS in writing from the architect? If anyone knows that there is "not" a piece of paper from the architect with a breakdown of his estimate can they tell us why there is no such breakdown of costs?

Do not send me to the architect or the school district. The architect does not return calls or emails and the school district tells me there is no such piece of paper.

Does anyone know if the architect carries errors and ommissions insurance?
