[Vision2020] M's win, M's win!

My A's may have lost. But you've got to admit, it was one HELL of a game.
It was a typical Zito outing for the boys from the bay, losing by one run.
Do you realize that Zito is the "old man" on the A's pitching rotation at 26
years of age.

It is going to be a very, very tough season for everybody in the American
League West.

Ah, to have lived in Oakland in the mid-70's. The Athletics were winning
world series after world series. The Raiders were winning division
championship after division championship, only to be eliminated by Terry
Bradshaw and the Steelers or Mike Griese and the Dolphins.

Oh, well . . . that was another time. Today is April 21, 2005. Harden is
on the mound. And the Athletics have GOT TO win.

Take care, Moscow.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are
dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all
exist very nicely in the same box.

M's 7, A's 6

Guardado was shaky as usual but had a two run cushion
to work with going into the 9th.

Tomorrow's game will go to the A's since it's Harden
(unhittable) versus Franklin (who will serve up
meatballs).
