[Vision2020] No new Pope

Ya' know Donovan I and I am sure others also get the news from at least part
of the same sources you do! It is hardly necessary for you to post this

Today was the first day of the Conclave. The smoke came out black.

For those of you that do not watch CNN or not a Catholic, before the ballots
cast by the Cardinals are burned a chemical is added to them to make them
burn either black or white. Black if a Pope has not  been chosen and white
is it is has.

There are 115 voting Cardinals locked in the Vatican. They will not be let
out until a Pope is chosen.

In order for a Pope to be chosen the person must receive 2/3 of the vote. If
after 2 weeks a Pope is not chosen they may vote to make it a simple
majority.

I would not want to be Pope. And I feel sorry for anyone that would have to
carry that burden. Being in the Public eye for the rest of life, never
getting to enjoy retirement and being constantly criticized by everyone.
Ugh, the poor man.

I would like a more progressive Pope this time. But I will not hold my
breath.
