Phil, I can't begin to guess what you see through your particular lens, but 
I think everyone else sees that the committee had a "check-in" meeting to 
see how people felt the campaign was going.  We distributed the Saturday 
open house info to those who weren't there.  We urged people to keep their 
spirits up; I don't recall the exact vote for encouragement vs. despair, but

it was hardly a nail-biter.  We even got out early.  I went home and had a 
beer.

Donovan was at the meeting; perhaps you and he could chat about it.  I think

you would have a hard time asserting that Donovan is keeping secrets, but 
have at it if you want to.
