[Vision2020] The Nuclear Option (re: School Levy)

Ya know, maybe since questions are being asked and answers ARE being given 
but not listened to perhaps this needs to end.  The questions below have 
been repeatedly answered - I believe the problem is they are not the answers 
being sought.  It's kinda like a conspiracy theory that keeps coming up 
regarding such things as Kennedy, or aliens amongst us, etc.  No matter how 
many times the facts are presented, if the person is not willing to see what 
is there as being there, it isn't.  Make sence?  Neither does this mess.
