I'm not sure, Donovan, that you're aware that the bond levy proposes $8.6
million for renovations to Russell and West Park elementaries ($4 and $4.6
million respectively). That is and always has been the intent and language
of the proposal.

Rose,
I am curious as to why you think we need a new high school? Also, if you
think the elementary schools need renovations, don't you think the levy
should include them? The Junior High will no longer be able to produce
electricity in the next years, do you think that maybe the levy should
include that?
I do not think it is a conspiracy. Every one is well intentioned. I just
think it is a badly written levy. There is such a thing as a bad tax. : )
Take Care,
Donovan J Arnold
