[Vision2020] attention Dave Trail

A farmer currently leases that property from the Trail family.
Now for those of you who don't have the slightest clue about farming, there
is good dirt and not so good dirt. The property in question is mainly clay
based.
Any farmer knows that clay is among the worst to farm, it has lower yields
and higher associated costs, is harder to get into to  start working because
it dries so much later.
It would be nice if some of you get out and actually see what these farmers
do. You'd quickly lose your romantisized vision of what you've seen on
Sesame Street.
