Now I'm no expert on this stuff, but I'm not against this.  I think the mere
idea of retaliation with deadly force would have a settling effect (for lack
of a better term).

I didn't see anything in the article about having to have a license to carry
or concealed weapons permit. They must be eliminating that rule! I think I
may want to stay away from some of their little league games.
