[Vision2020] North Carolina takes it all!

Joan writes regarding the curriculum at the University of North Carolina,
they offer a class on "how to roll a nice, tight joint." A class like that
at the U of Idaho would have saved me a lot of heartache if they'd offered
it around 1970....
