[Vision2020] Moscow, growth/congestion

Again, I reiterate . . .

Avoid it. There are other routes "home", if you just look at a map of
the city and the county roads.

Or, leave work early to make up for coming in late . . .

Mr. Carscallen -

The vast majority of traffic at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday (especially
that traffic congested at I-95 and Highway 8) is commuters from WSU and
UI returning home from work. Walking home is hardly an option.

Is the Moscow/Valley Transit capable of fulfilling this transportation
need (people departing from various locations at WSU and UI who live in
Moscow, Genesee, Troy, Deary, Kendrick, and Lewiston)?

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some
are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but
they all exist very nicely in the same box.

Best plan for dealing with our perceived congestion -- avoid it.

There is nothing in this town that is not within a 20 minute walk. Or
(I'm gonna score some huge, and I mean HUGE, points on this one with my
buddy Tom LaPointe) you could ride the Moscow/Valley Transit bus.

Always an option,
