Greetings and salutations!

As many of you know, on the day after April Fools’ Day, Dr. Roy 
Atwood wrote in the Moscow-Pullman Daily News that NSA “contributes 
about $3 million annually to the economy.” Therefore, after 
consulting the world’s finest economists as well as many local 
authorities, I have compiled the top-ten ways that NSA pumps 
$3,000,000 into the Palouse economy, which I hereby submit to you, 
my fellow Visionaries, in honor of the Town Fool who appeared a day
