[Vision2020] Question for debate-"Why not open

Where the heck does it say that these people are "coming across our
southern border in the dead of night"?  Not having any information to the
contrary, I assume all these people are either Americans (not all Americans
are white) or are here legally.  

Here is another page on the same website
http://www.wsp.wa.gov/crime/arrested.htm this is a page of the most wanted
who have been arrested recently.  It appears to me that 16 of the 23 listed
are caucasian.  Do you suppose that there might be socio-economic
differences between hispanics and caucasians that might make it harder to
find wanted hispanics than wanted caucasians?  The page you cite is a list
of people the police cannot find.  It offers no information on the cost of
immigrant crime.
