[Vision2020] PERSI REPORT

Visionaires:

I talked with Alan Winkle, Director, of PERSI today (Idaho Retirement System).
He reported that PERSI had a 18% gain for the period of July 1, 2003 to
June 30, 2004.   The fund totals about $7.8 billion.  Looks like PERSI
continues to be in good hands.
