[Vision2020] U of I task force & football

Sunil and others,

What irks me is that we got $2 million for advancement in football, three 
major gyms (Kibbie Dome, Student Recreation Center, and Memorial Gym), yet 
we don't have funding for classrooms, teachers, and programs such as Art and 
Music. Just really makes me upset and ask; "What are our priorities?"
