[Vision2020] Moscow Hosts Volunteer Workshop

Idaho Commission on the Arts in partnership with the Idaho Nonprofit Development Center and the Moscow Arts Commission will present a workshop entitled "Essentials of Volunteer Management" on Wednesday, October 20 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the 1912 Center, 412 East Third Street in Moscow.


  The workshop will be presented by Kelly Houston, executive director of "Serve Idaho," the Governor's Commission on Service and Volunteerism and Martha Stevens, the commission's grants officer.  They will present an over-view of essential components of volunteerism including recruitment, orientation, placement, training, record-keeping, evaluation and recognition.
