[Vision2020] Captain of 'Mutinous' Supply Company Relieved ofCommand

I have a question for all those who insist that we all must "support our
troops."
If I am to support our troops, do I support this group of 18 who decided to
stay away from dangerous duty that was made more dangerous because of
equipment problems?
How do I best support them?
