As I hear it his lack of taxes had more to do with a bank of lawyers than no taxes due. But this is great spin on something he would like his way!

Dale "Doug's Boy" Courtney posted at http://right-mind.us:

"John Kerry & Teresa Heinz-Kerry reported an income of $6.8 million, and paid taxes of $725,000 on it (10.6%).

The average family pays approximately 20% in taxes.

Perhaps by raising the marginal tax rate on the rich, Kerry will come close to paying the same rate that the rest of us are?"

I agree with you 100,000,000,000,000%, Mr. Courtney. John Kerry has admitted in each of the first two debates (and publicly at many of his speeches) that he (as well as all others earning in excess of $200,000 per year) has benefited from President Bush's tax cuts. He is in favor of eliminating this tax cut that has resulted in an unfair tax burden for the middle class.

Thank you for publicly posting this information.

A good friend will come and bail you out of jail. But a true friend will be
sitting next to you saying, "Damn . . . that was fun!"
