At 9 a.m. this Sunday 10/10/04 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio on KUOI.org) will feature the following guest: 
 
 --(9-10 am) Mr. Jeff Harkins, candidate for Latah County Commissoner in the November elections and Professor of Accounting at the University of Idaho, will be in the studio. Mr. Harkins will discuss his campaign for the County Commission seat, his views on the issues, and will respond to any questions listeners may have. 
 
 --(10-11 am) We will continue the discussion with Mr. Harkins and possibly have time to move on to other topics.
