You can't believe your ears

They all know what went on

So you guess they must approve

'Cause it's not them being abused

That's ok

But someone with an uzi

Can sure mess up your day

You want common sense control

What's the hunter gonna lose

Half of your neighbors

Have been divorced

Some never would have married

If they hadn't been forced

But gay marriage

Gets them all confused

It seems Al-Quaida 

Got your neighbors on the run

They're gonna bomb the Wal-Mart

In their search for martyrdom

Only Bush can save them

They heard it on the news

When abortion was illegal

Girls knew how to find a quack

Who could get them out of trouble

In a dirty room out back

What do they think is gonna happen

When they lose their right to choose?

But you're living in a red state

And what about

Unwanted kids

Will they support them with their taxes

Heaven forbid

They'll just kill them when they grown up

If they commit a crime

They're all for the fetus

But executions are just fine

 

There right to life hypocrites

Go to church and pray

They they come out believing

Only they know the way

They will tell you how to live your life

But you know it's a ruse

Cause you're living in a red state

With the blue state blues

 

Support the troops

That's what their bumper stickers say

Then they vote for the criminals

Who put them in harms way

They can't wait for Armageddon

So they're lighting the fuse

You're living in a red state

With the blue state blues.
