Just a thought. What's being discussed here is the viability of Division 1
football for the University of Idaho. It's not Iraq, health care, or any
number of infinitely more important issues. Perhaps the differences of
opinion on this issue could be discussed without personal attacks on the one
who differs from your opinion? Again, just a thought. The die is cast,
Idaho will be in the WAC next year, and only time will tell how it works.
Paraphrasing a recent editorial in the Twin Falls newspaper, the University
of Idaho has an important and irreplaceable position in our state,
regardless of how many football games Boise State wins. Incidentally, the
editorial lobbied for a return to 1-AA.
