[Vision2020] Vandal football redux

While it's great that Idaho won at Martin Stadium Saturday, the Spokesman 
story on the game reported an attendance of about 9,000.  It was my 
understanding that a minimum of 12,000 was necessary for meeting NCAA 
attendance requirements for Division 1.  If that's true, whither the program 
at this point?
