<Lightly speaking> A couple things Donovan, my house is within city
limits (just barely, but it is) and I received FOUR of them on the same
day - all to the same address.  Did you mean to say "He did not even get
(all) the houses..."?  I did not mean to say that this mailing alone
would put him over $10,000 but add that postage to the printing costs,
all the signs throughout the county and the costs of radio spots ($5-10
per spot) and I believe you could get to more than $10,000.  But it's
really all irrelevant now that Gary won.

Shawn,

No, it would not be $10,000. It costs about 15 cents per household to
bulk 
mail. There only about 5,500 metered households in Moscow, so it would
only 
be about another 2,500 households in the remaining county. So if he got 
8,000 households at 15 cents a piece, it would only be about $1200. He
did 
not even get the houses in the city limits, so I am guessing if was only

half that amount at most.
