Some time ago Tom Hansen predicted that one way the military would deal with the
prison abuse and torture scandal was took banned digital cameras in the
military.
He was correct!
Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld banned "digital cameras,
camcorders and
cellphones with cameras" from all military installations in Iraq [7].
