To those that might be interested in civil rights issues:
A narrative description of an apparent civil rights violation by the Moscow
Police Department in a matter involving Christ Church is available to anyone who
wishes a copy.
The report is long and perhaps dull, but possibly still of interest to some.
It is much too long to post on Vision 2020.
