Why not just count us as 3/5 of a person? Seeing as how that worked so well
in the past ...

Subject: [Vision2020] Gay people should only have to pay 1/2 the taxes of
others

> Gays and Lesbians are not allowed to marry or adopt children. Thus, they
work more, traditionally make more, and have no tax write-offs. They
statistically also die earlier and so are less likely to collect Social
Security.
>
> Since 1/2 there local taxes go to education, and they are forbidden to
adopt children, they should only pay 1/2 that tax.
>
> Since the state denies them the right to marry, they are only half
citizens, thus they should only pay half the state taxes.
>
> Since they will not be collecting Social Security, and half the Federal
Taxes go to paying Social Security Benefits, they should only pay half the
Federal Taxes.
>
> I think this is only fair. Boy, could you imagine if all the gay people in
the United States stopped paying their taxes to an oppressive government
that denies them equal rights and only gives them 1/2 citizenship in this
country?
>
> What do you think? Should people that are not treated as equal be forced
to pay the same proportion of the pie?
