[Vision2020] help with song

I am needing the name of the singing and the name of a song (country
western) that is about 9/11.... It starts out "Do you remember...." and
other lyrics I can recall are "Some people say that we don't need that
war.... what is all that fighting for".... etc.
Not much to go on but if you know, send me the answer - need it for my
column this week. Last resort is I'll call the radio station in Colfax.
