Encroachment into Dog Park



The Moscow School District has asked the city to approve an 
encroachment of  what appears to be 35 feet into the north side of Dog 
Park so they can realign the driveway to the school bus parking area. 
This is to allow an extension of White Avenue as part of the Salisbury 
subdivision.

The Public Works and Finance Committee will hear this request at 4:00 
p.m. Monday, July 26 (today)  in the City Council Chambers (second 
floor, City Hall) and make a recommendation to the full council. The 
full council should hear it and decide the following Monday.
