[Just Another Taxpayer Willing to Pay His Share]

Good Question, Ms. Nisse -

Could any attornies on this listserve (with the exception of Greg Dickison, of 
course) explain the possible options available to the county?  The IRS?  The 
taxpayer who has been wrongfully bearing this additional burden?
