[Vision2020] Property Tax Exemption

Visionaries:

I am concerned that Daily News readers might misinterpret a quote attributed 
to me, that "our request could apply to all religious buildings in the 
county."  All relevant state and federal laws and rules relating to churches and 
non-profits already apply to them.  There is no "could" about it.  Saundra Lund 
and I are not seeking new legislation or any extension of the power of the state 
over religious or other exempt organizations.
