[Vision2020] tort claim vs. the Latah County Sheriff's Office

Anyone read the article in the LMT about the recent tort claim filed by an
ex-employee of the sheriff's office? Any ideas? Opinions?

Or is this distracting the flogging of the horse in perpetuity?
