[Vision2020] Open Meetings - Closed!

I have seen and been to some of these meetings when I was student government 
on visiting trips. I don't think many of these legislatures want to be on TV. 
Some say the stupidest things and surely would not be reelected if seen and 
heard on TV. I thought it was state law that all government meetings had to be 
open to the public unless they were a matter of State Security. Guess I was 
wrong. I am fully in support of Rep. Trail on this one. Thanks again Mr.Trail for 
being a good representative for us here in Moscow.
