[Vision2020] Separate V2020 Lists?

The idea of creating various separate lists has been discussed before on 
V2020.  As I recall the consensus has always been that there should be 
one list, open to all topics.  I support that idea--to create other 
lists is to dilute the "stand on the soap box" value of V2020.
