First off, Christians have not stood in
the way of progess in any special way
that I would highlight. Much progress in the world
can be attributed to Christians (and
to Egyptians, Romans, atheists,
pantheists, etc.)
As for the second part of the question, I
don't think you'd want anybody to have
'no restrictions', whatever that means.
But as far as how the world would look, and
Moscow, specifically... it would look pretty
good I'd suspect.
