The City should not support the view that people should stop at a red light?
The City should not support the view to not rape?
The City should not support the view that man cannot beat their wives?
The City should not support the view to feed the poor, or shelter the
homeless?
Sorry Dan. That idea just doesn't fly.
Laws are the enforced views of the City. We make our laws based on the values
of the People, in Moscow's case, the City Council which we elect every two
years.
You cannot take the politics out of the law and still have laws. Without laws
you cannot function as a civilization.
Let us just make sure those laws are fair and respectful of the rights of
everyone in the community.
