<P>In your letter to the editor printed in this weekend's Daily News, you wrote "I am much more affected by state, county, local governments that cannot stand up to environmentalists that have me still driving on a dangerous highway..."</P>
<P>To which highway do you refer? In the paragraph immediately before the one I quoted, you state your concern about those who drive 45 mph and not 55 mph. This leads me to think that you're talking about the Moscow-Pullman highway. Are you talking about the same highway in the next paragraph?</P>
