Why not take the money needed out of the paycheck of the guy that stole it
from us? Dr. Hoover used the money improperly and without the legislature
knowing about it. So, naturally he should have to pay it back. The Idaho Legislature
needs to hold people accountable for their actions when entrusted with the
Public's tax dollars.
