[Vision2020] The empty beach

Rumor has it that a Cash and Carry (grocery??) is coming to town.  Is that
going into the old Tidymans??  Also rumor has it that NSA is remodeling the
old jewelry store on Friendship Square??  And how about the Humane Society
moving into Phase Two of the Alturas Addition, dog park and all??
