[Vision2020] Clarification, please

Hello, all:

I have just subscribed to this list and have been reading somewhat in
bewilderment.  I couldn't figure out what a "Kirker" was initially but then
someone using the title "Captain Kirker" sent a post.  Does he/she have
minions (Kirkers)?  I take it the "Wolfman" is Doug Wilson?  Sorry to be
lame about the goings on about town, but for the "newbie" to the list, it's
a little hard to follow.
