Can anyone tell me the story on the stoplights located on the south end of town (the ones at the intersection of Sweet avenue and Hwy 95 South)? They weren't put in that long ago, and now they are covered in plastic and not running. I'm curious what happened, and what is going to happen. Thanks, Tami Stinebaugh
