IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS SURVEY ON UI DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
RESULTS IN COST-SAVING RECOMMENDATIONS

UI employees could save the university as much as $650,000 annually through 
more efficient use of their office printers and copy machines, campus mail 
and express delivery services and options for purchasing office supplies. 
The recent campus survey by IKON Office Solutions looked at a broad range 
of document management practices on campus. That information has resulted 
in a number of cost-saving recommendations, from purchasing generic-brand 
office supplies to using campus printing and copying services. A summary of
