[Vision2020] No mistakes Dubya

Everybody in the administration is pointing the finger at somebody else.

It isn't a question of, "Could 9/11 have been prevented?"

The question is, "Why wasn't any action taken when certain facts were known?" 
(especially considering the August 16, 2001 PDB (Presidential Daily Briefing 
that claimed Al Queda's threat involves aircraft)
