[Vision2020] athletics vs art vs anything

In reading the Argonaut, I see that on the front page is an article 
about how the Athletic Dept will be receiving a budget increase in 
order to compensate for the loss of other funds. This budget increase 
is $332,000. Isn't that interesting. And only a fraction of the 
$8million +/- budget it already has. And so close to the amount that 
the UI press was in deficit. And the amount that the cutting of the 
studio arts program is going to save. 

Maybe we need to start recruiting football and basketball and 
volleyball players that only major in art and english.
