Mr. Arnold said:

" . . . under the direction and training of their father."

And I replied:

" . . . wouldn't the "father" be guilty of conspiracy (or, at minimum,
complicity) in the commission of the crimes . . . "

Mr. Arnold's response:

"Since when has a father been responsible for the actions of his 18 year old
sons?"

According to the American Defense League
(http://adlusa.com/adl/conspdef.htm):

"Conspiracy. A combination or confederacy between two or more persons formed
for the purpose of committing, by their joint efforts, some unlawful or
criminal act, or some act which is lawful in itself, but becomes unlawful
when done by the concerted action of the conspirators, or for the purpose of
using criminal or unlawful means to the commission of an act not in itself
unlawful."

I may lack sufficient legal educaiton and or experience, but I am convinced
that the father would be guilty of conspiracy. Any thoughts, Mr. Arnold?
