There are some proposals in the works for "bypasses" around town, both =
North/South and East/West. The 2010 Moscow Urban Area & Functional =
Classification Map shows several different proposed routes. I don't =
know if it is available anywhere, but I have seen it. There may be a =
copy at city hall or even the courthouse. It's pretty interesting.
