WSU has a paper copy:
WSU Holland Dewey 301.424 Sa58p, but it's checked out. There's an electronic
copy available through netLibrary at both institutions.

You can also download a free copy from Project Gutenberg:

Melynda says:

"Information, as the librarians say, yearns to be free."

Sounds neat. But I supposed it depends on the information. If anyone can
find a copy of Margaret Sanger's "Pivot of Civilization" at one of our
university or public libraries, I will cheerfully sport them something
carb-laden at a local multiracial establishment. Assuming they're
willing to darken such doors. Cheers.
