A lot of the students (?) seem to live in housing just beyond the Stinker 
and swarm across in a disorderly fashion in the direction of Rayburn Street 
with a disdain for the traffic, which does not stop for them. I'm not sure 
a crosswalk will help in the absence of a basic understanding of why 
playing in traffic is a bad idea, but some motorists might try to create an 
orderly crossing opportunity for them if there was a crosswalk.
