ROCKTOBERFEST
Held at CJ's on Saturday, October 25th to benefit The Humane Society of the
Palouse and Critter Creek Therapeutic Horsemanship Center.
CJ's is one of the few establishments that hold annual event(s) to help
organizations that we feel merit help.
CJ's doors open at 7:PM. The Moscow Social Club, located above CJ's will
offer this event to ALL AGES. A donation of $4.00 is requested. For more
information about CJ's visit us at: www.cjsnightclub.com.
CJ's chose The Humane Society because, "we would like to help those that
cannot help themselves," says Phil Roderick, owner of CJ's. The Humane Society is
a much-needed source for abandoned animals.

The Roderick's learned about Critter Creek, which is a non-profit group that
provides
Horsemanship activities to people who live with various physical, mental, and
emotional disabilities. Horse - related activities can be beneficial in many
ways such as providing physical exercise, practicing social skills, or
bolstering self-confidence.
Participants in Critter Creek are offered a large variety of activities where
each person is encouraged to do his or her best at horsemanship. Classes are
tailored to each participant's interests, goals, and needs. Horsemanship
instruction can include classes in horseback riding, driving in harness, horse
health care, stable management, and safety around horses. This program provides an
arena and trails in a beautiful rural setting.

Sincerely,
Phil and Shelley Roderick
