[Vision2020] Bush on leaks

According to this morning's New York Times, President Bush has "no idea" 
whether the Justice Department will catch the person who disclosed an 
undercover CIA agent's identity.  Bush said "This is a town where a lot of 
people leak, and I've constantly expressed my displeasure with leaks..".  
Sounds like a large government contract with Depends is in order, unless
