Thanks for pointing this out. You are the second person who asked that.
Excel defaults to a certain sized text for the School axis; and it dropped
every second school in order to have large print. I elected not to change
that -- so that it is legible. 

But here's the same graph with a) all the school's names showing (sorry for
the small print), and b) ordered by Admin spending.
